Glapthorn Women's Institute

Glapthorn Women's Institute is a friendly group of local ladies who usually meet at 7.30 pm in Glapthorn Village Hall on the first Wednesday in the month. We also usually have one outing a year, at least, and two fundraising events.
Our meetings are lively and interesting, so please check out our current programme of events on this site. Visitors are very welcome, please contact us via email to arrange.
If you would like further information about Glapthorn WI please send us an email at Glapthorn WI
The committee members are:
- Ursula Wide - President
- Caroline Hawkins
- Lois Cooper
- Carrie Ann Gates
- Naomi Sheehan
- Sian Fox
- Sabine Croxford
- Sarah Mooney
The WI is extremely grateful for the generous donation from the Royal Oak Club this year, which will help to fund our activities. And thank you to Sian Fox, one of our members, who ensures that the planters outside the village hall are always full of flowers.
Glapthorn WI is affiliated to the National Federation of Women's Institutes
