Glapthorn A civil parish in East Northamptonshire
All Parish Council meetings are usually held in the Village Hall and are open to the public. At every Full Council meeting (normally third Thursday in the month) there is an Agenda item for Public Participation.
The Annual Parish Meeting is normally held in the Village Hall on the third Thursday of April. This is not a Parish Council meeting but one for the electorate and is a "Public Meeting" in every sense.
