Conservation Areas

There are two conservation areas in Duffield, covering part of Duffield and Duffield Bank. To find out if your property falls within the Conservation Area use the My Property section of Amber Valley Borough Council's website.

The Conservation Area is very important and imposes a number of additional controls within it. These include:
- all property extensions including conservatories
- TV and satellite aerials
- tree work
